Life, Live, Love, Learn.

Hey blogging buddies,
I know I've been a very slack blogging buddy lately.
Life is just whooshing by with lots of hiccups and not much ART happening.

My dear friend of forty years finally gave up her fight last Saturday after twenty long months of terminal cancer. She was way too young to pass away at the age of 61yrs. May she rest in peace.

Then just a couple of days later my Best friend lost her Mum.  We have her funeral to attend tomorrow.
With all this sadness around it tends to zap the creative side of me.
I've had some really angry moments and its definitely helped to journal about it all however most of it's scribbled words about my feelings.

I've also had an x-ray and Ultrasound of my arm and to my surprise I have Tennis elbow and Golfers elbow.
Hm, no wonder my arm is very sore. Some times worse than others and even flushing the toilet gives me pain that radiates from my elbow.
Anyway I'm not in a hurry to have that injection so I'll continue with the other holistic medications for the time being.

Opps, sorry to complain~I intend to get my back into the swing of things real soon and pop on by.
Creative hugs,
Anna

Hey Anna! Sorry to hear you've had such sadness in your life recently. I pray that in the coming weeks as you miss both of these beautiful women that you will be comforted with wonderful memories of times you spent with them, keeping them alive in your heart. As to the not being creative ... give yourself time to heal ... take time to recharge your batteries by taking in beauty ... in nature, in books, on other blogs ... the creative urge will come back when you're ready to do something with it. As to your elbow ... have you tried remedial massage or Bowen therapy? My MIL found this helped her with the same problem. All the best with all things - Big Squooshy Bear Hugs! KRIS

Anna, I'm so sorry for your loss. Words never seem to come to me when I try to console someone. I know how hard it is to feel creative when you're in a sad place. Please remember things have a way of sorting themselves out in time. As for your elbow some injuries take longer than others to heal and there are times when they need to be helped along. I've had the injections and often they help quite a bit with the pain. Best wishes. xo

Have missed you, but I too have been missing in action with health issues and then just lack of enthusiasm to blog.

I'm so sorry about your friend. Take all the time you need because blogging and art will always be here.

And rest that arm. I hope the holistic meds work so you can avoid that injection.

Anna;
So sorry to hear about your dear friend. I pray for peace to come over her family as well as you and all she knew, thank God she no longer is suffering.
Also sorry for the loss of your friends mother. Peace there also.
No wonder you were hurting so badly. I pray the Lord will bring you relief from the pain and for healing. Big hugs, sometimes we need to complain.
Hugs and blessings
Kelly

Big hugs to you and your mum Anna for your loss. I'm thinking of you xo.
I hope you find something that improves your arm. Have you seen a sports physio? I concur with the advice about remedial massage and more holistic treatments.
Take all the time you need. No one knows how long that will be except you. I am glad you have found some solace in journaling.
Much love
Lee xo

Oh Dear Anna...I know only too well the incredible grief you are still suffering at this time. It so hard to accept that "There is a season for every purpose under heaven" quote the Byrds" Song. May the light of love shine upon your special and dear lost friends and you also for that matter. Even reading all of your words brings back tears for me too but time heals and so will your heart.
Love and hugs to you sweetie
and a hug for your mum too,
Suzy

Hi Anna, just popped in to read your sad news. Sending a few little prayers your way for healing. It all takes time, but the sun will be shining again soon. You just need to take care of YOU now and give yourself time. Lots of bear hugs Robyn xoxo

Dear Anna,

I'm so sorry for your loss for your friend and your best friend's Mum. So sad!

You have my sympathy re. the arm pain. My pain tends to extend from either elbow, wrist and/or thumb...often from doing the simplest of things too. Years ago, when I had tennis elbow, I found that strapping it up helped to support it a little.....like a pressure bandage. Rest is key in the healing process too. I hope it heals quickly for you.

Have a lovely and restful weekend,
Serena xo
